License Type and Usage

Priil software products are available for use as per End User License Agreement (EULA) with the following types of Standard licensing options:

Evaluation Software: You can download the 7-days of free trial version of the software from the website for free and evaluate the functionality of the software. Once you are satisfied with the product, then proceed to purchase the software

Subscription: The software products available with a subscription plan are valid for the period specified from the date of purchase. The subscription products are on Auto-renewal mode. However, you can cancel or switch over to Manual subscription any time before the renewal date. During an Active subscription cycle, you will continue to receive free updates & upgrades and unlimited free support throughout the subscription validity.

Lifetime License or One Time. Lifetime means the time span of the product but not users. Lifetime License product will not be updated with any upcoming new features. But you will receive automated software version updates and data base updates. You can enjoy all minor software updates, however for the major upgrade, you need to purchase the latest version of the software. Priil Ltd. as the owner and developer of all Priil software and application have the right to discontinue or upgrade to new version. Please go through our Terms.
